What we did today:
- today we edited a simple text for COPS, identifying key capitalization, punctuation and spelling errors seen in our writing this year. What did you learn about the letter c and g? - during PE, we passed and received passes with both the forehand and backhand - we used our critical reading skills to go through a news article around the "Paris Treaty". - in grade 5 math, we reviewed our rounding skills. There is the Rounding Rap below to enjoy and share with your family. Rounding quiz tomorrow. - in grade 6 math, we reviewed long division using the strategy of Big 7. There are some videos below to help review this strategy. Long multiplication and division quiz tomorrow. i learned that if there is an i 1 letter away then the i bullies it to make a soft sound and if there is 2 letters in between them then the i can not bully the c or g
